Interpreting and translation services
I offer professional services as a certified (sworn) translator and interpreter of English, providing interpreting and translation from English into Polish and from Polish into English. I operate mainly in the cities of Toruń and Bydgoszcz, as well as throughout the entire Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. I also provide translation services to clients across Poland.
In addition, I offer written translations from German into Polish and English.
I look forward to working with you.
Business interpreting and translation experience
With nearly 15 years of experience, I have worked in international business environments providing both interpreting and translation services. I have supported management meetings, business negotiations, and international cooperation by delivering accurate communication in demanding professional contexts. Today, I work with companies, institutions, and private clients.
Qualifications of a certified translator
I graduated from the Institute of Applied Linguistics at the University of Warsaw. In 2018, I passed the Polish state examination and became a certified (sworn) translator of English. I continuously expand my expertise through professional training and industry conferences.
Qualified electronic signature (QES)
In addition to traditional certification with a sworn translator’s seal, I provide certification using a Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), which has the same legal validity as a handwritten signature under the eIDAS Regulation. This allows certified translations to be completed and delivered fully online.
A Qualified Electronic Signature is not the same as a Trusted Profile (Profil Zaufany) – it is a separate legal tool used for official certification of documents.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can I order a certified translation online?
Yes. Simply send a scan of your document. The completed translation can be delivered electronically and signed with a qualified electronic signature.
Please note that some institutions require translations to be prepared based on the original document, in which case the original must be presented.
How much does interpreting cost?
Interpreting services are priced individually depending on the type of interpreting, duration, location, and preparation required. They are usually charged in time blocks or daily rates rather than hourly rates.
How do I order a certified translation of a birth certificate?
Send a clear scan or photo of the document for a quote.
If you need the translation for a Polish Civil Registry Office, you will need to collect a paper version and present the original document upon collection.
How much does a certified translation cost?
The price depends on the number of standard translation pages (1 page = 1125 characters including spaces), not on physical A4 pages. You can see an example of a standard page in the Contact & Quote section below.
I can provide an exact quote after reviewing the document. The quote is always free of charge.
