Experience
Apart from my own translation business that I started in 2017, I gained hands-on experience in an international furniture group where I translated and revised documents from all areas of the company’s activity, interpreted at management board meetings in Poland and abroad as well as during negotiations with business partners and trade unions.
Competence
I graduated from the University of Warsaw’s renowned Institute of Applied Linguistics and I continuously improve my skills. I regularly participate in training courses for translators and in translation industry conferences. In 2018, I passed a Polish state examination to become a certified translator and interpreter of English.
Qualified electronic signature
In addition to the traditional form of certification with the use of the sworn translator’s round seal, I offer the service of certification with a qualified electronic signature (QES) pursuant to eIDAS Regulation. Such signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Certification of translation with the use of QES is provided for in the Polish Act of 25 November 2004 on the Profession of Sworn Translator.
